4. PLC program control.
5. Automatic dimensioning.
6. Automatic material push-out.
II. Horizontal Wrapping Machine (Tire,coil of steel, copper & Al)
1. Number of operators: 1 person or no one (with automatic line).
2. Speed: 17s~45s/pc (17" tire packing);
3. Working voltage: 110V~380V (50Hz or 60Hz);
4. PLC program control.
III. Automatic Wrapping line (on request):
1. Conveying speed:up to 45m/min;
2. Working voltage: 110V~380V (50Hz or 60Hz);
3. Functions: Scanning -> Conveying -> Packing -> Labeling;
4. PLC program control of the entire automatic operation.
IV. Automatic line with One Wrapping Machine:
1. Conveying speed:30m/min;
2. Working voltage: 110V~380V (50Hz or 60Hz);
3. Functions: Conveying -> Packing -> Labeling;
4. PLC program control of the entire automatic operation.
V. Duplex Wrapping Machine:
1. Roll position: 2, automatically switch the roll film;
2. Working voltage: 110V~380V (50Hz or 60Hz);
3. Function: Change of station -> Packing
4. PLC program control of the entire automatic operation.
